Anne Lawrence – Life of a Counter Terrorism Detective Inspector

Anne is a retired police officer having spent 33 years in the Metropolitan Police. She will share stories of her ‘Life as a counter terrorism Detective Inspector at New Scotland Yard’.
This will include investigations such as the shoe bomber, the London bombings and the plot to blow up the airlines. She has travelled extensively and will talk an about her experiences of countries such as Afghanistan. In 2011 she was awarded a Queens Police Medal (QPM) for her distinguished career.
